I totally got mad at my friend for no reason, and now i want to apologize to him for acting up so randomly. That's all really good, but the thing is, im sitting here about to call him and im thinking:"God, i don't know how to say it nicely"

So do i just say sorry for acting up, or should i tell him i have no idea why i got mad, i guess i was stressed. Im afraid he'll blame everything on himself for rambling on about some boring card game that he happens to be good at. He's overprotective of me, and i know that's something he'd do. Help, please! I dont know how to word my apology!

just tell him that with frienship comes emotions. No friendship is ever smooth with any anger towards the other cuz nothin is perfect in life. Tell him ur sorry for goin off on him that u were battling stress at the time and we all know those that have stress find any lil thing to get mad over. goodluck and if he is a good friend he will accept ur appology and let it go rather than blamin like u said himself.

Well if he's friends with a girl then he must already know that you act up randomly at odd times. He probably just thinks you have PMS or something. lol

If he's your friend, I'm sure he'll understand, and word it however you want. The truth works best.
