I enjoy making gift baskets and I was considering making flyers and posting them throughout chicago (where I live). I would like to have a couple premade for holidays. But I mostly would like to make them at the customers request with thier opinions on how they would like it. Do you think it would work as something extra to do?

I think that's a great idea. You can even sell those on the internet and start your own home based business. I live in Chicago too and I know a lot of people here who would like something like that. I think you should give it a try. I honestly think you'll have a successful business doing that.

Well, I know that I would like one or maybe two, but that is only if I lived in Chicago. It does sound like a good idea.

Of course, people love stuff like this and people will buy things like this at no cost. I sell gift baskets for newborns. I start at 10.00 and end up anywhere to 200.

I thinks that its a great idea make sure you take pictures of the ones you make and keep them in a binder that way it gives people ideas on what kind of basket they like and that way you can show what kind of work you do on them GOOD LUCK!!!!

Yes, alot of people do that. You could do theme baskets for people who like certain things. I think the key is advertising professionally, and then your reputation and word of mouth will do the rest. Good luck! And I have bought them before as a thank you gift.
